You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline to cancel an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or in which a third party you have designated, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order and you will not incur any charge for such refund.

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
They were purchased within the last 14 days.
They are in the original packaging.
The following goods are not eligible for return:
The goods that were made to your specifications or clearly customized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
We can customize the design differently but not return the money.
Return of Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return.
Gifts:
If the products were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves for delivery to you later, we will refund the gift giver.
